Knife Sharpener and Assembler
Role and Responsibilities
- Create drawings in TurboCAD.
- Making and sharpening knives.
- Production support (80%).
Experience and Strengths
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in TurboCAD software.
- Be able to demonstrate versatility.
- Be detail-oriented, precise, and self-reliant.
ASSISTANT OPERATOR
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation and procurement (60%).
- Production support (30%).
- Quality control (5%).
- Maintenance and safety (5%).
Experience and Strengths
- Manual dexterity and keen observational skills.
- Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and the ability to sustain a high level of effort during peak periods.
Molding Machine and Saw Operator
Role and Responsibilities
- Production (75%).
- Quality control (10%).
- Maintenance and safety (10%).
- Continuous improvement (5%).
Experience and Strengths
- A high school diploma and 3 years of experience as a production worker in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to use measuring tools and production equipment.
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
Multi-blade saw operator
Role and Responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring (70%).
- Machine setup and adjustments (15%).
- Maintenance and safety (5%).
Experience and Strengths
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or with a programmable saw.
- Practical knowledge of the different types of saws and how they work.
- How to read a tape measure (required).
TOOLMAKER
Role and Responsibilities
- Production support (80%).
- Quality control (10%).
- Maintenance and safety (5%).
- Continuous improvement (5%).
Experience and Strengths
- DEP in grinding, toolmaking, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in tooling, ideally in the manufacturing or woodworking industry.
- Proficiency in the use of measuring instruments and machine tools.
- Knowledge of specialized software in the field.
